Our story
From a longtime local shop to a new chapter
Central Coast Auto North has roots in Morro Bay that go back decades. For about 25 years, the shop served the community as Central Coast Auto Center at 1150 Main Street.
In 2019, owner Chris Chacon purchased the business from family friend Larry Haagensen after spending years helping out in his spare time. The goal stayed the same: honest guidance, careful work, and updates you can understand.
We treat every vehicle like it has to get you home safely—because it does.
